BUT.... dont you dare start thinking the worst hun, wait for the next scan and see what they see.

Strange things happen, our bodies dont always follow the rules when ttc or once we get that bfp either.

Squeeze your man tight and hold it out till you know whats going on.

my last was june 5th so i should be over 7 weeks now. Inderstand that u can implant a different times but i should be definantly more than 4 weeks with a 12th of july

I know your frustrated hun and you just want people to be honest with you but I think they are! It sounds to me as though you may have ovulated late, are you normally on a 28 day cycle? Put it this way if your last AF was 5th June you may have OV late possibly not until say the 26th June then that would then make you 4 weeks, dont forget they only say from the first day of your missed period as they can never tell at what point you fell PG exactly! So in actual fact it may have been another 3 weeks after your AF before you fell making you 4 + 4 weeks now. The yolk sac is not seen until the end of the 5th week, you have to look on the bright side because your HCG levels have done nothing but rise, which is very positive. They wont find a heart beat until the fetal pole is at least 4mm, and the fetal pole doesnt normally appear until 6 weeks gestation and grows at 1mm a day so normally from say 6+4 the heartbeat can be seen or heard. I honestly think you OV late, were you charting back then?? Can we have a look ad see what wa going on? Or can you remember when you OV'd or BD?

It is very hard I know, as all you wanna do is see your precious LO one that screen and to be told that everything is ok, when you go back if your dates stay the same you should then be 6+1 which is why they are obviously getting you back then cos they know you will be over 6 weeks and by then you should be able to see the yolk sac although they might not possibly pickup a heartbeat at that stage still.

The bloods tho dont matter with a blighted ovum as they act normaly as ur body is fulled into thinking that u have a baby there . I was sick for 3 weeks after i knew this was the case last time and 1 day b4 the d & C.

I can say that my started spotting on june 5th but didnt start heavily(like it usually does till june 8th) so i suppose that could be 3 days.
I think u know ur stuff so im away to get my excact symptoms and days for you to have a look at.
By the way i have a 31/32 day cycle and had two bleeds that cycle which i thought could have been ovulation and implanation(tho mybe not).
The thing is i think i had syptoms for ages b4 my ?????

My story (had to read thru my old posts for dates and info)

On the pill(28 days cycle), came of and had a bleed and a 31 day cycle then got my :BFP:
D & C: March 28th at nearly 13 weeks for a blighted ovum

Hospital: April 16th scaned me and said the lining was still thick(boarderline) so gave me 2 types of antibiotocs and a another dose of cyotec.
Hospital: April 23rd rescanned and negative pregnancy test. Given the all clear

1st period: 5th of may (39 days/5 and a half weeks after d&C). This was to be expected as the 1st can arrive anytime.

Small bleed: May 24th and 25th (20 days after period)

2nd period: (32 day cycle) June 5th (spotted for a few days then heavy flow)

I never had mid cycle bleeds but apparently your body can be more sensitive to this thing after a mc

CD 17/21st June (bleed so suspected ovulation)
CD 18/22nd June 2dpo

CD 29/3rd July 13dpo (was convinced i was preggers for some reason)
CD 30/4th July 14dpo ( sort of felt that was arriving)

Had what i think was an ovulation bleed on the 17th

CD 25/ June 29th started getting nipples stinginess and was getting hopes up but went to loo and small bit of blood

Symptoms
1 week b4 was due i felt my nipples being stingy
This disappeared but the parts around my nipples where massive @@.I also thought my veins looked electric blue/green on my boobs but wondered mybe if they were always like that I did still have pains in my armpit area tho?
Didn’t feel positive as the stinginess disappeared around time : was due: and they also didn’t get bigger like my last pregnancy’s
The one thing that gave me hope was a stitch. I only get these i am preggers eg turning to quick in bed and its a quick stitch in my womb( sound scary but i had it with my wee biy
After was die i had an acidity feeling in my stomach a few times but it was real bad this morning
This sound minging but i think my pee smelt different like sweet (that could be sense of smell tho)

Hun you go on as much as you want! I would be EXACTLY the same. I dont claim to know too much (see my post asking for help LOL) but I can work out your dates I think....

Now I think your right on all your dates

Ovulation took place on the 21st June
8dpo on the 29th June implantation took place
count the number of days from implantation to today makes you 4+2 weeks and therefore no yolk sac can be seen yet as this is not visible until the 5th week.

Now I know you said you have to count from the 1st day of your period, but Dr's only do this as most people have no idea when they conceived, but in your situation, you know from very early on due to charting etc and therefore your catching all of this very early, most people wont have a scan until at LEAST 6 normally 12 weeks. I know its very confusing hun, but you can ignore the first 2 weeks as you know your exact dates and you know you didnt implant until 29th June

Does that make sense?

I understand the 1st 2 weeks u rnt really pregnant tho its counted. I though that i would still be classed with that extra 2 weeks on??????????? I thought that the baby would say only be 4 weeks but i would be 6 weeks preggers. Sure you have a 40 week gestation.

Well that is why they say anything between 38 and 42 weeks gestation is classed as full term, as the Dr's rarely know when conception took place! Some women its earlier, some later, so there is no normal gestation period, this then allows for a 4 week difference for those that conceived earlier or later!

Not long now hun, 9 days to wait for your next scan, and fingers crossed your LO is visable

I have been thinking of you lots lately, dear. I'm sure everything will be fine. You probably just aren't as far along as previously thought. It's such a good sign that your hcg levels are rising. Hopefully the next few days go by fast for you. It's going to be such a relief when you can see your LO.

welll tomorrow is the big day! Im not thinking its good as ive read at anything over 8mm withou a yolk sac can indicate a blighted ovum. Different places say different things eg 10 and 13 but i just have a bad feeling. Im expecting my sac to up around 19mm(normal growth is 1mm a day). I understand that there is room with error as its just the odd mm . I was sick this morning and have been feeling sick lately. Usually that reassuring but with a bo u still have all the symptoms as ur body doesnt regonise its a missed mc so doesnt let it go.

The doc said that def this scan i should see something(even if i am 2 weeks behind what i thought i was).

Sooooo i mite be back in the wttc and the ttc section sooner than i thought not that i mind u girl tho u are all great
