I have a theory about the Lucy murder.

Right, I recon:
Lucy was on drugs right? I recon she worked along side Rainy and Ian found her one night and either picked her up and accidentally killed her because he found out she was selling her body for drugs, or Rainy helped him or Rainy knows something...

i also think abi,

she did it as she found out about lucy & max but didnt want her family destroyed again.

it was jay burying the purse & phone..
