We're doing our best to avoid foods with high salt / sugar content. Eating more wild caught fish and vegetables.. Believe it or not, after a few weeks you get used to it! Those first few weeks are tough no doubt
I absolutely hate fish! A lot of people say I should eat fish..
Might make myself like it lol! I'm finding it hard to drink more water, especially at work
i keep it right by my desk at work, forces me to look at it and keep drinking it during the day. also try to drink a glass every time i walk by the kitchen. little habits, anything to help build up a good routine!
