Edd wrong maybe?

Ok - I am currently at 34 weeks with baby #3.
I know my period was late on April 1, 2013. My cycles are not 28 days long, but somewhere between 30-34 days.
When I went for my first ultrasound on April 16th, dr said I was only 2 1/2 weeks prego because there was only a tiny embryo sac. It's possible this is the case since I didn't write down everytime we did the deed, and I don't chart my periods so I'm not 100% on lmp. But....
(And some of this can be due to 3rd child)
-Baby has dropped already. Not just a little either but like 4-6 inches from where he was at in my ribs to mid stomach. (At least 2-3 weeks ago- even doc noticed and commented)
- baby is head down already(for at least 2 weeks now)
-I showed early even though I didn't show until 6 months with other two.
- felt baby move early (again 3rd pregnancy deal)

If I put my info in a due date calc that takes in to consideration cycle length it comes up the 18 or 23 of December. Which is more in line with what I thought. Doc still says jan 15th!!!
Thoughts, questions?

What did the baby measure at 12 week scan. Thats the most accurate for dating and the due date to go by. And are u measuring right for size now? Speak to midwife if your concerned for early labour x
Also with 2nd/3rd+ pregnancies you tend to show/feel earlier.

^WSS... I didn't even think they could see anything on US at 2 1/2 weeks because that's basically when you implant...
Whatever it was gestational my at 12 ish weeks is the most accurate... I have longer cycles, 32-38 days and by lmp I was out by just over a week but by U/S at 10 wks it was bang on...

My doctor has already told me she expects early labor. I just delivered in jan of 2013 and I am due January 2014. Not enough proper healing time. I don't remember what my measurements were for 12 week scan. I just know that she claimed I was only 2 1/2 weeks maybe yet you could see something on screen at my first appt. it just doesn't add up. I'm sure the scans are correct.
