Eeek...bit worried now

So I just gave my little boy some calprofen and without thinking just put the spoon in my mouth afterwards...it was only a small amount but now I'm starting to worry/panic slightly. Can anyone tell me if they think I should be ok? X

No need to worry at all. It contains a small dose of ibufrofen. I was told by my doctor it is safe to take up to 600mg of ibuprofen in any 24 hour period. You can also take paracetamol as prescribed or per the adult recommendations.
