elective section question

I had emergency csec last time and planned this time. I have to go under general and will therefore have to wear a hospital gown. What do i wear underneath?? knickers??Last time i literally just wore the gown as i was 10cm and pushing so was rushed down to theatre in the state i was in for labour. x

You won't be allowed to wear anything. Knickers would just get in their way. They would get you to take them off just before going to theatre. X x

Nothing at all as they will be putting a catheter in anyway.

I know they will put catheter in but i had catheter last time and wore pants after the section with catheter in! was a silly question, i know, but its going to be strange this time as its planned and not emergency! x
