Energy levels have trebled?

This pregnancy I have been totally wiped out. I'm napping every day and going to bed at 8, still waking up feeling like I've been hit by a bus! But today I have woken up feeling slightly refreshed, and I haven't felt that all consuming exhaustion that I have been feeling. Do you think this is just a one off or do you think it could be due to the placenta taking over? I'm around 8nhalf/9 weeks at the moment.
