English people - how much is your rent?

I'm in Oxford and what your saying sounds about right I'm in a 2 bed flat, it's 850 a month, I think if u want to be within 30 minutes of reading you will be looking at around 1200-1500 for a 4 bed its really expensive in this area x

950 in brighton. I paid 750 in Bristol for a much much nicer house!

£575.....3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi detached. Front & back garden with private drive.

North Shropshire!

£400 - new build 3 bed semi, walk in wardrobes, upstairs bathroom and downstairs loo, garden, drive and on a private courtyard of 9 houses, walking distance to Manchester city centre, love my house :D

U may not necessarily find a property with a tumble dryer are u able to buy one? Xx

I think rent is around £600-700 for a 3 bed semi (small 3rd bedroom), 1 bathroom, front & back garden.

Current rents for a 3 bed house in my neighbourhood (SE London) seem to be about £1700-2000 and up. Crazy expensive.

To rent a four bed round here would easily be in excess of £1500...I think there's a nice, period house for rent at the mo that's nearer £2.5k / 3...

Once you're in a commuter zone, want something sizeable...the £££ just go up ;)

We can get a dryer if need be, thats no big deal I guess. I guess that is just the price then :O

I'm taking the kids over mid July-ish for 5 days or so to keep OH company and hang about so was going to book in some house viewings. Any more Berkshire recommendations anyone has are welcome - think I might rent a car so can drive around :)

I pay £895 for a 3 bedroom detached home in Essex :)

Around here a 4 bedroom is around the £1000-£1200 mark x

When we lived in Reading before having children we paid £725 for a 2 bed flat, this was 5 years ago.

Im in Wales so I dont count but wow at some of these rents!
We are renting whilst we do our new house up-We are in a big 3 bed with huge open plan kitchen/conservatory that comes with intergrated fridge/freezer/wash drier machine/dishwasher, 2 toilets, large gardens, driveway and pay £500 a month for it! I couldnt imagine paying £1200 a month-round her that would literally get you a mansion lol

I pay 500 PCM for a two bed newly renovated barn conversion with all its original features! It's gorgeous and a bargain because I rent off family! Otherwise it would be about 700 PCM. I'm in cheshire x
