Enhanced maternity pay- paying it back

I know a lot of enhanced maternity pay schemes expect you to come back to work for 3 months after having the child or you have to pay it back (not SMP). I am looking at my employers website and nowhere can I see about this 'clause', I am a little concerned as we may have to move when I go maternity leave, if it isn't stated does that mean it doesn't exist? Are there other employers that don't make you come back? I will ask them beforehand but as we are only WTT don't really want to bring it up right now.

Have you got the employee handbook that covers the maternity bit? If its not there, you don't have to pay it back!

I've read the policy online and it doesn't mention it, it was mentioned on the online policy of my previous employer.
