I did this test in the morning and came back after lunch to find it had a second line... Well more of a blob than a line as it doesn't go right across which makes me think it could be an evap. Anyone seen a first response stick do this before?
Personally I'd treat it as an evap and take another one reading the result within 10mins cause I wouldn't be able to rely on one coming back after a few hours. Good luck though!
