Evening dress help

I need a dress for a awards dinner. It needs to be full length but I don't want my chest uncovered! No budget!

Any one know any good websites or find me a nice dress?

I love Lipsy and Hybrid dresses but it depends on your style I suppose. Miss Selfridge had some lovely full length dresses a while ago. ASOS is a good website to check as they sell a large range of brands.

I always go on designer websites and make fake wishlists of designer clothes I'll never, ever be able to afford, cause I'm sad like that I just love looking at them!
