ewcm cd22, anyone out there took pregnacare and ended up ovulating early?

Does anyone know if this could be an early sign of pregnancy dont think its o as I had 3 days of spotting cd16, 17, 18. Also wondering if spotting could have been implantation bleed been taking pregnacare since cd1 this cycle and wondering if it could have kick started o early ive never in my life had ovulation bleeding ive never known when I ovulate due to never ever having any signs of it, been experiencing a lot of lower abdomen/pelvic tightening today as if its stretched to its limit sort of like if I stood up and stretched it would rip wasnt so much of a pain more of a discomfort, very confused and hoping and praying this is my month any advice would be great, baby dust to you all x
