Expressing question...?

I Have decided to try expressing again! I exressed last night and again forst thing this morn and got 7oz I tryed again just now and i got 2oz.

My question is, how long do you express for on each boob? I only express til the milk stops flowing fairly easily, so will the EBM then be only the foremilk so when its fed to LO not fill her up??

The length of time would depend on how much time I had. If I had plenty of time I'd carry on for anoher 10 mins after the 'flow' stopped.

I think with EBM there's always the chance there will be more foremilk than hind but I've never found it filled her up any different.

At the moment my milk is just coming in i am expressing 3 hrly and 15 min per boob getting 4oz each boob

I am usually stuck for time so until it starts to just drip. But if I have time, I do it till they are completely empty! xx
