Hello 
I've been reading about formula and how it's recommended you only leave it a certain amount of time. I'm going to BF and later on I will express so Hubby can bond. I have a couple of questions as sometimes generic Internet isn't hands on;
-how long can/do you leave an expressed bottle at room temp before you give it to bub (like express at home before you go out)?
-how long can/do you leave an expressed bottle after defrosting it in fridge then warming it then having it in thermal bag? (Freezer-fridge-warmer-nappy bag)
-do you personally think the pump gets as much as bub does in a sitting?
