Extreme fatigue BFN

Hi,
I am really wanting another baby. The problem is that a year ago right before DD #2 was born my DH'S father convinced him to get a vasectomy! I was crying and trying to talk my DH out of it but he was "done" having kids. I finially buckled and agreed seeing as i get really green during pregnancy's. Now we both really want another baby and he is scheduled for a VR but they said it could be as much as a year out! Now unexpectedly I have pregnancy symptoms but I can't bear false hope. Is it at all possible that I could be pregnant?

Did he go for any sperm tests recently? Id imagine the doc would ne checking before a vr is done as tho rare... nature does sometimes take over and reconnects those tubes!
