Doh....Laura ....theres always one div !! he he ( you know im only joking hunny !)

At the top of the message block thingy...you'll see a paper clip ( attachments) just click on that...then go to browse which will take you to your hard drive.....select your pic and down load.....then when you go back to your message click on papare clip again and attach ! Simples !xxx
