Faint pos or faulty test??

Hi, currently ttc baby no.3. For last 3/4 days I have been extremely nauseous, sore boobs, dizzy turns, raised temp, excess dchrge. Today I have been stuck in bed as I was up most of the night feeling extremely nauseous and thought I maybe had a bug as I’m not due AF until a week today but decided to do poas just in case and have been left very confused ‍ small dot and I think very faint line has appeared where pos line would be but don’t know if I’m imagining it or not as it’s still so early to test. Any opinions please??

Isn’t it!? Thinking more along lines of faulty test perhaps as I’m only 8dpo can only wait and retest I suppose- did get excited for a mo tho
