Fasting for prolactin/progesterone??

I am also doing some testing on August 8. Day 21 progesterone as well as prolactin. My doctor also mentioned checking my thyroid levels too. Did anyone have this done and if so, did you need to fast?

I have had both the progesterone and thyroid testing and did not have to fast for either. I have heard that you may need to fast for the prolactin. Best to check with the Dr. Good luck!

I've had all 3 done and wasn't fasting.

I'm positive you don't need to fast for thyroid (I'm hypothyroid) and progesterone. Thyroid is also independant of your cycle. Have it checked at any time that is convenient for you.
