Fat or Bloating?

i feel fat in my stomach... i have eaten VERY healthy as i always do and i am still working out. anyone else bloated or an i just getting fatter?
 
I was bloated last week.. and now it's gone. belly is back to normal. And there was me getting excited about showing early :)
 
Could be bloating hun. I only started noticing changes in my tummy in week 10 and even started wearing maternity clothes.

I have had the same problem for the past 3 wks. Even though i have lost a stone over the past 4 wks due to being sick and not being able to eat my stomach seems huge and i thought it was fat but i cant be. As i have never been over weight even before i lost a stone.

I think its a mixture of constipation and water retention.

My mum was patting it yesterday saying how cute my lil baby bulge was :dohh:
 
It's just bloating sweetie.

If you're anything like me you're going to wake up one of these mornings, look down and think "Holy cow! Where the heck did that come from?"

I had a falt tummy one day and the next it just swelled up LOL it would be exciting if it was the baby but alas. Just water retention.
 
I've heard that a lot of women feel bloated in the first trimester.
 
well good, if im "showing" it means im showing food! lol and i dont want to do that... i can wait for the real deal haha
 
Bloating for sure!! It is a natural process that happens at the start of pregnancy hun and makes you feel bloated! x
 
I'm sure it's bloating! When I was preggo, I had some horrendous bloating despite eating healthy and exercising. It's definitely bloating if it gets smaller after a trip to the bathroom.
 
My guess would be that you're just bloated. My first trimester I was bloated almost every day. Keep up the good work of eating healthy and excercising. I'm trying to ease my way back into that lifestyle now that I feel better.
 
I've been feeling really bloated all week. It's making me paranoid that people at work might notice!! I'm sure that's just in my mind though LOL

I have been bloated for weeks... i also seem to have put on weight, that is not so much on the scale as having aquired an extra roll on my tummy- not welcome!!:nope: I even checked and i've only put on 2 pounds!!! I know this is TMI but lots of wind as well.. very troublesome at work, needless to say, lol:haha:
I try to comfort myself with the (perhaps misguided??) idea that im less prone to get stretchmarks right away as there seems to be some give there already, ha, ha... Maybe not.... :wacko:

I have already hintet to OH that I could turn into a big heifer probably sooner than later but (thankfully :) ) my OH just looked at me indignantly and said that would never happen as if i's suggested i'd grow horns or something! Aw, bless!:kiss:

But seriously, anyone else worried about turning too big, i.e. putting on too much weight, not being able to lose it etc.. or is it just me?..... I know its early but seeing as im already starting to feel pudgy, im getting a bit worried, perhaps unduly?????

if you dont already work out, go to the gym and start walking and such.... 45 minutes to one hour per day.
 
Im impressed with anyone that has the energy to work out after work particularly at this time when all i wanna do is lie on sofa :headspin:

I do try however, to be very good with my food ... extra calcium and all that, etc. etc... :)
