ive not heard from any febbie mums for a while so i thought i start up our old thread again

As our babies hit 8 months it would be nice to know how they are getting on(and have a little brag of course)

archie was 8 months on the 17th and is doing brilliantly
hes sleeping through from 7 30 til about 6 am, he went into his own room yeaterday and slept fine

he has 10 teeth and boy ive felt every single one of them, he eats pretty much what we do now too his fave food is tomato and hes not got a sweet tooth at all( does help as hes allergic to dairy so no chocolate for him)

he will put himself up to standing and stand for ages but no sign of him crawling yet, he can get onto all fours then he flops onto his belly in a skydiver position and screams for me to get him up. im not worried as im sure he wil do it eventually

he claps hands and says mama dadda and babba(although at anyone not specific just yet)

now for a then and now piccie (the now pic is about a month ago, he had his first haircut yesterday so ill get a pic of that on soon

What a great idea to start our Feb Mummies thread up again

Alyssa was 8 months old on the 15th and she's doing brilliantly. Sleeping through the night from about 8:30pm till 4:30am (we've found she's a baby that does not need much sleep; 8 hours a night and 2 naps during the day is enough for her LOL). She has 1 tooth now and looks like another to come soon. She's been crawling for a couple of months and pulling herself up to standing and cruising round the furniture for a month or so now. She's tried letting go and has sort of attempted a step, but landed on her face, poor baby

She says dada and mama and baba and gaga - she cries "mamamamama" when I leave the room after coming home from work, and "dadadada" when she hears hubby in the mornings but it's still fairly indiscriminate as yet. She also kisses her reflection in the mirrors

Rosie turned 8 months on the 9th, she weights around 22lbs and sleeps through the night from 7pm until 6am such a good girl

She has just mastered the 'army crawl' which is very cute and she has 4 teeth, 2 bottom 2 top she was a bit grumpy with the top ones but is fine now they are right through. No sign of pulling up as yet but I dont mind she is happy slithering around the room for now

She is always babbling 'dadada' bababa aahhh and her favourate thing ATM is clicking her tongue and blowing rasperry's

Awwww what brilliant babies we have!

Wow Louise - TEN teeth! Fantastic! Can't wait to see his haircut Love Archie's babylegs (Alyssa loves hers too!) and his cloth nappy is fab!

Paula - Rosie is sooooo beautiful and has the most gorgeous hair!

Ten teeth Louise wow aww archie had his 1st hair cut (pics !)...Jack ever had his until he was 18 months but I am wondering if I should get Rosie's cut into a bob with a fringe

Anna - Alyssa sounds so advanced! cant belive shes been crawling for months and is crusing! good job Alyssa! seen her vids on FB and looks like she is doing great

I'm here girls. wow your lo's are all doing so well
Mr h as he is now known was 8 months on the 8th and is the worst baby i know haha, he has 2 teeth and more on the way, he doesn't know what sleep is ( since he was in hospital a couple of months ago all sleep patterns went out the window so he is now up all night)
He has scar tissue on his right lung so as Louise knows he spends alot of time in hospital last addmission was to intensive care a couple of weeks ago, he is been checked for spina bifida as we have a lower body weakness so he can't sit but his jumperoo is helping his legs loads and he tries to take steps in it now.
He can now comando crawl which is so cute and is the cheekiest chappy i know, he says hiya, mum, bad, baba and is trying dad atm.

WOw all the babies are just looking so grown up.

Euan was 8 months about a week and half ago and its going well. He sleeps from 7.30 till about 8am.
He has 2 bottom front teeth, we are enjoying some finger foods.
He is yelling mama/dada but indiscriminately too. Dada being his favourite word i think. He is not crawling yet but gets up onto his hands and knees and rocks back and forward, he can move his legs forward but has not yet figured out what to do with his hands. He is trying to pull himself up from sitting too.
How far they have all come.

I keep looking on here but i thinks i might have to kick u all up the bum n get you on here haha.
Well quick update mr h has sb occulut and is now under a large array of specialists but at least he is getting the help he needs, i do feel guilty though as it hasn't been said but i know deep down it iwas my medication that caused the sb,
but he is a little terror and has now learnt that if he does his horrid squeel then the boys will run and get him toys:haha
we are just waiting for xmas to arrive now, i can't wait lol i'm like a little kid the tree is going up tonight when the kids are in bed and claude the elf will also be arriving to help put it up then spend some time here so he can report bk to santa.

I didn't realise this thread existed! It's so sad that not many of us are about anymore! We should have a meet of the few of us that are left!
Can't believe I missed this thread! Can't believe our babies are over 1 now, walking and babbling and toddling!
