can i join too? Oliver was born 27th Feb, 13 days late. he's currenlty sitting on my lap chewing his fingers! dont know where theses last 3 months have gone, how you all finding being home with a baby? i think thats been the hardest thing for me, getting used to a completely new routine being home from work. x

Hi MrsP, that is the weirdest thing I've found to be honest! I can't get my head around not bein at work but the days go so fast... I do miss work though but its a different kind of pressure and stress! Love being at home with LO and I'm sure when the time comes, it will feel even weirder going to grab some lunch at work without him if you know what I mean. I'm finding day to day a bit easier now but I have seriously lowered my expectations on sttn!!! Xx

Ginny- when you planning on returning to work? i go back in Dec when Oliver will be 10 months old, im dreading leaving him already lol! even though i find it a bit boring in the house sometimes, i cant imagine how im going to juggle full time work and being a mum, im seriously considering going part time if we can afford it. SSTN- i dont think it will ever happen for me lol. how often are you up at night?

My Dougie is 17weeks on Sunday, born 10 days late on the 13th Feb. Wakes without fail every night for a feed and shows no sign of dropping it! Anyone else still feeding at night?

Have a very refluxy colicy baby so have found it totally hard work! Never Again!!!

Dougie is grumping on my knee and sucking his fists!

It's terrifying how big they get so quickly. Matthew is already more than double his birth weight.
ATM we are up about once a night he sleeps 7.30-4 then 4.30 til 7.30 ish. Mon, Tues and Weds i have to get him up to take DD to school though. I really am spoiled with him at this age Maddie was still up 2/3 times a night!

My little girl was born on 01st February (4 days before my 30th!), 10 days early, by ELCS as she was breech & I had too much amniotic fluid.

We're currently going through wonder week 19 and it's horrible!! She's never STTN but now her sleep is worse than ever, and to top it off I went back to work last week

I started weaning her at 17 weeks and so far she loves her food! It's great to see her getting chunky again

Hopefully I can go back in january but to a brand new job, got redeployed when on mat leave... I'm terrified!! I also find it a bit boring but I'm always on my feet so I don't know why! I'm going back 3 days, it'll be a struggle but I always said I wouldn't go back full time but I guess that may change when my wages drop, we'll have to see! We've had 2 nights of sttn but now he's up at least twice, once for a feed and usually I can settle him at the other, I'm clueless as to why it is, he does nap quite well now though, eats like nothing else! Hes taking 8oz of hungry baby every 3 hours up to 7pm then a feed in the night... Xx

my lo has being sleeping through since 8 weeks. But hes in quite a strict routine! He goes to bed at 7pm and then has a quick feed at 10.30pm then sleeps until about 7-7.30am. He has reflux though so is a little grupmy at the moment! Really looking forward to weaning him! So exciting! I just love this time, they are learning so many new things!

I still feed in the night! I'm not doing it again either...! Love my little man though... So much xx

Rory is 15 weeks this weekend he was born 3 days early on the 27th feb. I was induced. HE DID HIS FIRST GIGGLE ON MONDAY!!!! it was infront of me and dh so was even more special. Didnt get a giggle on tuesday but managed 3 of them again yesterday getting stripped for bathtime! He loves getting naked! He is such a pleasent little boy. At the moment he is lying on the floor trying to master to roll xx

awwww mrs p, Oliver and i have the same birthday. There's two days between my lirtle girl and Oliver. hope ur settling into a routine ok.....madness here I'm trying to getthree kids in same routine....not happening at minute xx
