I'm dying waiting for my NIPT and gender results. Natera called me today for payment, but is not sure if the results are completed so I called the doctor and they don't have results yet either. DYING
On the plus side, I'm 13w0d and saw my babies today and they were moving all around. Baby A has even discovered their hand. I can't wait to hold them in my arms.
Im also dying for mine!!!!! I had the blood drawn on Sunday and they said the lab should receive the blood today so it will be 5 working days from today, maybe a little sooner. It is literally all I can think about!!!!! When will you get yours back?
I too saw my baby again today, s/he was upside the whole time and not moving much today unlike Sunday when it was a wriggly blur. Confirmed due date of 9th Feb xx

Phantom that's a lovely announcement!
I have my NT scan next week and just waiting to get done with good results so that we can start announcing to relatives and friends. Unfortunately my insurance wont cover NIPT as I'm < 35 when baby will be born.
Just about completing 11 weeks on Sunday and still battling nausea :/

Keep in mind the NT is only a screening and very commonly resolves and baby is 100% perfect. I only did mine because I wanted the full US of them both. I don't know how much you can afford for an NIPT, if insurance wasn't going to cover mine, it was only a $200 max charge. Might be worth looking into. I also hear a lot about the "sneak peak" at home tests if you just want gender.
Yea, the doctor told us about how NT scan is only 75-80% accurate or something in that range. If I had to do cell-free DNA/NIPT without insurance, it would cost 800$. I'm fine with paying that, however the doctor recommends doing NT first. If the results don't look promising, he says insurance will cover for NIPT.
Hence, we decided to go with doctor's recommendation at this point.
Fingers crossed
Had my NIPT results back! Everything is ok and we are having another little boy!! I cant believe it - three boys!!! Ill be overrun!! I cannot wait, so happy and relieved xxx
