Feeling Guilty

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post but, seeing as we have ntnp I thought I would try here. Did a pregnancy test last Friday (twice just to make sure) and it was positive. Since then I have been spotting and this morning it was a bit heavier than it has been. My daughter had a swimming lesson this morning so I used a tampon due to the fact I had to go in the water with her. Now I feel really guilty what if I am pregnant my HV said I should have chosen not to go swimming as tampons can cause toxic shock. I guess I will have to wait and see.
Sorry rant over just had to get it out there and tell someone.

When I fell pregnant with my first son I spotted the day I was due and thought my period had started. I used a tampon for an entire day.

I wouldn't worry too much. If you had toxic shock syndrome, you would have already had symptoms.

Unfortunately the pregnancy didn't take. Gives me hope though as we were told it was a very slim chance we conceive naturally. Better luck next time. Thanks for your reply
