feeling strange... ov signs?

Had weird feelings down below, crampy feelings but not sure if its gas? Also earlier I was sat in work and twisted round and I coughed an had an excruciating pain where i assume my right ovary is... It really freaked me out and now every time I cough it feels funny like its going to hurt..

Also my right boob was aching this morning when I was in the shower.. never felt a feeling like that before, didn't hurt when I squeezed it..
Anyone else had these feelings?
Also I'm freezing! So think I may be coming down with something, and I've had a headache for two days now

I've had the pains, and put it down to O!
Just be careful, obviously if severe pain round right ovary when you cough etc could be appendicitis!

Oh really? :/ I've had it before if im twisted round and cough its right down by my hip bone though ..
