Feels like a taser, a zap, a zing?

Has anyone else felt like you have been zapped when the baby happens to kick a certain spot? I heard it could be a ligament nerve? It feels like an electric shock in the lower abdomen. It doesn't hurt, it just makes you go YEOWSER! What was that? Anyone else have this?

I kept a pregnancy diary when i was pregnant with my son and was reading through it the other day and i had noted that i felt an electric shock type feeling around my belly button at 24 weeks, i got this again a few days later. I remember worrying but put it down to stretching ligaments too and things moving about inside.

If it continues or you feel in pain i would contact the midwives.

This sounds exactly like sciatica. I had sciatica in my thighs and back. It almost feels electical.
