Feels like ive been ovulating for like 4days now!

I can feel the discomfort! Anyone else ovulate like this. How am I suppose to know when to test. I had my first mc 2/3 weeks ago

Sorry for your loss.
If I were you, I would use OPKs, or perhaps a CBFM. Then you will know exactly when you are ovulating. Hope that helps
