Femara CD 18...20 mm follicle! Chances of ovulation without trigger!?

I'm on CD 18, and I just had an ultrasound done to confirm that this cycle of Femara was a bust....but I have a 20 mm follicle. The nurse said to wait a few more days and see if I get a + OPK (haven't yet). She didn't seem overly optimistic, and said I could not use a trigger shot this cycle. Has anybody ovulated late like this on Femara without a trigger? Anybody have a similar situation and NOT ovulate?

Just trying to hear some stories to keep a realistic perspective!! Thanks!
