Fenugreek makes me crazy thirsty!!

Anyone ells?? Within 5 minutes of taking it I am so thirsty for about an hour. Like I can't get enough water in me. Like feeling like my throat is dry while I am chugging down water. Anyone else or am I having an adverse reaction? When I don't take it I drink 16oz of water every time I nurse or pump. When I do take it I drink 16oz of water every 15ish minutes for an hour! (I feel like I spend half my day in the rest room too lol)

If it really boosts your supply, it might be because your body is designating so much more water to make milk. I haven't noticed much difference, but my supply hasn't really increased much either. I'm always pretty thirsty, though!
