Fertibella....or natural

Ok so my husband are officially trying to have our first baby. I will say that I have been off of birth control for a year now. I have not prevented pregnancy in any way. I also have not gotten pregnant, does this mean that something is wrong or I just haven't gotten the timing right? We decided after my last period that we would buy ovulation tests and actually give this a try. Well I have been taking those tests and never got a postive until today. Me being the worrisome person that I am was looking online and found fertibella! Should I try it? Everyone seems to great luck with it! But today when I decided to take another ovulation test I got a positive, and I mean a very clear positive! Do you think this may be our time! This is new to me and most people never even get a positive opk is this a good sign?!?!
