For those of us having trouble ttc, you may want to add more sunshine to your life.
In this rat race busy life we spend more and more time indoors in artificial light. A vast majority of our population is deficient in vitamin d which can be easily gotten from about 10 minutes of sun a day.
In lab tests, rats , male and female, were found to decrease fertility as much as 70% when they were vitamin d lacking.
Mens sperm count and health is also effected by lack of sun.

So, I sure plan to try and get my guy and I out in the sun more everyday.

It sure can't hurt.

Just a thought...

Helpful information! Thanks, cppeace!

Now to figure out how to drag OH outside for ten minutes a day.

Lol a brief walk or outside pet?
