*fertility blood work?*

well, the got me today.
40 day cycle, so very frustrating.

in trying to be proactive, i called my doctor to
get a request for blood work to check out my fertility levels.

they recommend testing around cd3.

do you suggest i should go in wednesday (i got af today, monday before noon)
or thursday?

It does matter, but it is actually ok between days 2 to 4 (both inclusive). So if af got you monday at noon, from wednesday at noon until friday at noon, should be ok.
Because they check on your glucose level, you need to fast from the night before, so i would aim for thursday or friday morning if you can choose. The hormone levels are not affected by fasting

i'm going to be able to go in thursday morning.
the doctor didn't mention a fast, but since i'm
going in the morning, i'll most likely eat afterwards.

p.s. how long did it take for the results?

I remember most of the results were there in 2 days, but 1 of the hormones took 5 days. So i had to wait for that one
