Finally after almost 4 years TTC

Excited but cautious to have my BFP after almost 4 years TTC! I've had 3 unsuccessful Clomid cycles (ovulated on cycles 2 & 3) and have been having a break due to having an HSG a few weeks ago! I've also had tonsillitis twice this month and because of that we've only DTD once this cycle so thought it wouldn't happen this month! I don't usually ovulate on my own either.
