Just had to post our good news. Reese finally gets to go without her nasal cannula during the day!!! She is just over 8 months old now. It is so nice to be able to carry her around with her 'leash' dragging behind!

Excellent news dear, but do keep an eye, even if she is doing good & go for a routine check up to monitor her latest developments.

Oh yes... we go in 3 times a week to have her levels checked, once a month to the pediatrician, once a month to the lung specialist, once a month to the physical therapist! And... starting in about 6 months (at a year adjusted age), she will have regular visits to the Glenrose (rehab hospital) as they want to monitor her progress and collect data.
