First FS appointment tomorrow! What should I expect?

Hello

Was just wondering what I should expect from my first FS appointment tomorrow. I'm in the UK. Just wanted to know if anyone knows if I should ask certain things to possibly speed things up.
I've had tests done with my doctor before my appointment so it saves time and all my bloods for my hormones were all fine and OH got his Sperm analysis results back today and they were all fine Now I have to meet the FS for the first time tomorrow. Anyone know what I should expect? What I should ask?

Diagnosed with PCOS in 2008 and TTC since March 2011...cycles are irregular.

I went to mine today and got a lot of answers hopefully you will get some good information...depending on where you are in your cycle they might do some testing now...or they may wait until your mid cycle (ovulation) or the end/beginning of the cycle for some blood works. I had an ultrasound today and saw my 19mm follie about to ovulate that was exciting! Can't wait to hear your update! FX it goes well for you. My DH has to have some testing as well he is doing a SDFA...its a sperm DNA test really....lol you can google that.

I found out I have a cyst he called it "complex" so we don't for sure know what it is yet but its on my left ovary.....hoping you get good news as I did really he said we are going to figure this all out!

Glad everything seems to be going well for you Andrea.

I did have my appointment and my fs was great. He had OH semen analysis results and my hormone test results and all seem to be fine. He said I am to book in for a HSG test (checking my womb and making sure my tubes arent blocked) I have to ring them on the first day of my period they said....then im to go back to him for medication but he cant give it to me now if my tubes are blocked. So im just praying everythings ok. He said I am ovulating but not all the time and the chances are im only ovulating 4 out of 12 cycles (FOR EXAMPLE) so that would be like "normal" healthy women only TTC for 4 months so chances of conceiving are slim.....so once my tubes are all ok il probaly be given metformin or clomid.....wahoo!! Just waiting for the witch to arrive and I NEVER thought Id say this but I WISH she comes soon to everyone will keep you updated xxxxxxxx
