First IVF and I am sick with a fever..

Anyone know if a cold and fever could potentially mess up or put off IVF? Starting my injections tomorrow. I saw my doctor this morning and told him I thought I was getting a head cold and didn't have a fever at that point, but now tonight I do and I am feeling worse. What do you think? : /

I'm not 100% positive. They may allow you to start the injects since your at that point in your cycle but I think closer to retrieval, they wouldn't want to because they looked for fever as a sign for something bad after mine, had I of gotten a fever. I'm hoping things will work out for you tomorrow and I *think* it will. I dont really see why a fever would mess with the injections so hopefully your good! I'll be crossing my fingers for you!

You should be fine to start. A low grade fever won't effect anything.

thanks ladies! Makes me feel better, fever gone, still have a cold but I think I will be good had first shot today!! Yah!
