First period while bf

I got my first period while bf. LO is 7.5m and now it won't go away! It's been about 2wks and it's getting really painful I called the mw and I'm waiting on a call back. Anyone else go through this? We just got back from a very active trip to disney and I'm having lots of pain around my incision sight from my cs too.

Mine didn't last that long but it was really painful. I ended up going to er and they said I had an ovarian cyst that ruptured

I went to the mw today. Not really anything they can do. They have me on a high dose of ibuprofen and are checking me for anemia and checking my thyroid bc I have hypothyroidism. She said if it's worsened or changed it could be the problem. Other than that tho I have. To wait another month or two before they will do any sort of ultrasound or other exams.
