First scan in 2 days... a little nervous

So I will be 12 weeks tomorrow or Thursday (I think? lol) and I am having my 1st U/S on Thurs. I have had no bleeding/spotting/bad pains through this entire pregnancy and have had pretty strong symptoms (esp nausea/vomioting yuk!).

However several times on here I have read about missed miscarriages where women go for a scan and the baby is gone I'm afraid I've had one of these and can't shake the feeling.

Over the last week my nausea has eased up a fair bit. My boobs are still a little tender but not as sore as they were. I'm not getting a whole lot of bloating anymore either :/ The only thing I have really noticed is i'm still getting what I assume is round ligament pain or stretching pain - when I cough or sneeze or stretch my abdomen too much it hurts...

Is this normal for this stage in pregnancy? Also I've been sick with a cold/flu since Saturday so maybe that is masking some of my preggo symptoms?

My scan is tomorrow, and I'm 12 weeks too - I'm sure everything will be fine for us both! It's so easy to worry though, I know. I had a scan at 7 weeks 1 day that showed the heartbeat, which was very reassuring, but it's still been so long since that scan that I can't help but be paranoid about it. Trying to just be excited to see more than a little blob this time! LOL
