First time trying opk someone help!!!!

This is my first time using opk, I got these from the dollar tree and not sure how they read. Obviously I read the directions but I'm no expert at this. My af average is 24 days and luteal is 12 days. I'm so stuck and I hope we get a bfp this month. We've been ttc for almost 7 months now. Someone help!!!
