TMI alert! I had a bit of bright yellow snot like (ew, sorry) CM this morning. Anyone else have that? I’m 6w1d.

Also been having sharp twinges here and there? Not like AF cramps.

Ask4joy - I've been having some CM that looks like that. It's normal I believe. I had it when I was pregnant with my son too. I've been getting normal twinges and pulling sensations. I even had some pretty bad cramps last night, but I think it was because I didn't drink a lot of water yesterday. I'm making sure to fill up on fluids today though!

Well been for my scan and Im measuring 7wks and 4 days seen a lovely healthy heartbeat so happy started crying when I saw him/her

Great news Angela congrats!

Ask I also had tons of yellow’ish Cm earlier on. Freaked me out a bit but it didn’t smell or anything so I assumed it was normal!

Cheers guys and also about the CM I've had loads of CM to some has been yellow and off whiteish I put it down to the pregnacare multi vit I was taking as it contains Vit B which turns your pee a florescent yellow colour xx

Also just want to add yesterday at the scan DH was so cute holding my hand and when it come up on the screen he was so interested staring at it asking questions it was sweet made me and nurses smile xx

I’m having really bad MS this morning. Or I have a stomach bug. Sorry, TMI but I’m having diarrhea and vomiting. Ugh. Is this MS or something else? Everything is going through me or I’m throwing up.

I had the stomach bug last week. It was miserable, but it passed within 24 hours. I thought it was just morning sickness, so I came into work and spread it further...whoops!

Also, yay for a good scan! My first scan is Thursday. It still doesn't feel real that I'm pregnant, but it probably will once I see the little bean in there!

I’m sorry Jello. It’s definitely the stomach flu. Just found out my friend and her family had it last week and I saw them on Wednesday. Ugh. It’s awful! Hope it passes quickly. No fever at least.

Stomach flu while pregnant sounds like the most miserable thing! Feel better soon.

I have my 12w (will be 13) NT scan on Thursday and I’m excited (to see a baby that looks like a baby and not a peanut) and also terribly nervous. I’ve heard babe on my home Doppler often (including this morning) but you worry!

Exciting Alligator! I’m sure all is well! I agree, there’s always worry though.

Today was rough. DH came home early from work to take care of me. I had to miss the rehearsal dinner for the wedding I’m in tomorrow. I’ve been able to keep down water for the last few hours so that’s a good sign. I feel like I got hit by a bus. Stomach flu is no joke. And right as MS is starting? Why?! I’m hoping baby is ok!

Baby is fine! Well protected in there and so small at this point. Can you take your prenatal? That’s really all baby needs! Hope you feel better!

Thanks Alligator! I’m going to try to eat some dry toast and take my prenatal this eve. I haven’t eaten all day.

So a weird thing happened. I took a wondfo to re-assure myself after this awful illness and for the first time in 2 weeks the test wasn’t darker than the control. I started to panic and did another one. Same thing. Then I did my last FRER. Same thing. I started to cry. Then I read about this “hook effect”. Apparently when hcg levels get super high, hpt test lines can get lighter. If you dilute your urine with water the test should be darker. I tried it and it worked! Crazy! Feeling a little relieved. Gah I’m such a freak!

Ask4joy I did the same thing abput 5 days before my scan even though I had taken 5 preg tests when first found out and all where BFPS I still bought some more just to make sure I was still preggers lol xx

Ask4joy so sorry you're feeling so ill It really does sound miserable. I hope it passes for you soon! I hate this time of the year for that reason.
