First trimester lactating? (stopped bf 9months ago)

I am pregnant with my second, and my first is 14 months old. I stopped breastfeeding 9-10 months ago. My boobs are crazy sore and swollen and there are drops of milk leaking from them periodically.
WTF is with that?

Some women continue to lactate for years after breast feeding, I haven't breast fed for four years and still produce colostrum which is totally fine, your breasts go through a lot of chances in that first tri to prepare for breastfeeding and even some women who have never breastfed can leak colostrum but you're especially prone to it if you have breastfed in the past!
