All this new information tells a sad story. Found wearing camouflage and water proof clothing, walking back toward town. Car found in a repair garage. What was he doing all the way out there by the river? Why did he go without his car? What was wrong with it that it needed to be repaired? I think the police know this isn't going to end well now

He isn't talking, that's why they have brought the conference forward to try and piece his movements together ASAP

Reg bevan almost ran out of that one so he couldn't be questioned any further, usually the press get to ask things

I'd imagine they know he's done it, forensics, circumstances etc. but he probably isn't talking and they still need to locate April.

Wonder where the garage was because if it was local I'm surprised no one called the police although saying that originally they were looking for a light coloured vehicle. can't have been far from town though if he was walking. Saying that maybe as soon as the car was put in the garage, maybe they did call the police. Who knows.

Its such sad news. Hope they fine her. We sont know the full story yes i agree what is a 5 year old doing out on her own with friends but..we dont know if she was out with brother/sister. Kids should be aloud out to play without this sort of worry ut at 5 shouldnt she of been in bed at that time

Yes - as it was initially reported to be a different colour, noone would have come forward had they seen the vehicle. Hopefully now they will.
