They have found the house where he was staying and his land rover was parked outside Tuesday. Hopefully the police will get some more clues.

Interesting the info coming out about Mr. Bridger. Apparently he isn't ex military at all as no record of him working for the MOD can be found. He has also apparently fathered at least 6 children, 3 of which apparently live on April's estate, those are with 2 different women. He also can't hold down a job or relationship.. I really can't see this being like a normal abduction case involving a paedophile or sordid motive. Something doesn't sit right with me but I can't put my finger on it. Very strange. Hope more information comes out today, maybe this could have a better ending after all.

^i think the same. Its just strange that I've read a few people saying he was ex military and suffered a back injury. Why the need to lie. Also apprently he was also a weapons collector and had ex fire arms lined up in the wall. I'm on my phone so can't link it.

I agree, I'm expecting something to come out about links between him & the family. As much as I "like" the idea of a vendetta because it possibly yields a better outcome, it's Thursday now & I think as the days pass it becomes more unlikely I did read on another forum he liked camping & had campervans. In my mind maybe he knew a little hideaway & she's there. God knows. The thought of not finding her though, it's worse than anything I can imagine.

I still think there's something positive in the fact they are asking for volunteers with local knowledge. Just heard interview on sky where police said they are asking people to look "where she could have got inside or been hidden". I hope he's told them something like this.

I cant belive weve woken up to no news again. I had an awful nights sleep, was dreaming all kinds of stuff. At one point i could hear a helicopter out. Cant help but feel it was conected, and i live a good 3 hours away. Heres hoping theres some progress at the pc.

It's interesting isn't it because normally at this point in these kinds of investigations there is something found. Whether it be a shoe, piece of clothing or whatever. Granted it takes alot more time normally but this has been so fast paced I feel as though something significant should have been found by now. Even in the river if it were to be there.. Frustrating they need more time to question him as they obviously aren't getting much out of him at all - they're buying time to find something that means they can charge him.

I completely agree. This is what makes me hope he took her straight from the car to a hideaway somewhere. Police asked for volunteers from several surrounding villages so I suppose the police may believe he didn't go too far with her. I don't know, if I lived close by & knew of a vacant building i'd have either checked by now or called the police I think, but maybe there is just somewhere people haven't seen.

Keep thinking about the girl who said Bridger helped them search for April Monday night. If true, it makes me wonder if they bumped into him as he was coming back from somewhere, they would assume he was helping & he'd go along with it. Has been passed to police so I'm sure they will speak to her but I hadn't thought about him not intentionally "helping" with search til now.

Just links a little with the man seen walking by the river at 2.30pm dressed like Bridger (C4 footage) if anyone saw him I guess they presumed he was part of search & he was found walking, he could har been anywhere. I guess if asked why was he dressed like that by the police he'd say he was helping to search! Unlikely as if he was walking from where he put her by that time I'm sure there were a lot of police out so very risky but you don't know, in his head he may have had a perfectly good explanation ready!!! After all he was found walking so had been somewhere!

I think the police know a lot more to the build up to the abduction and the history of him and the family then they are letting on

I hate to think that once he is charges and they've spend a bit more time on it that they will have to give up on her

Is that the missing post on the FB page Samemka? Seen that this morning and it said it had been forwarded to the police. It would be possible he was just walking back from somewhere when he bumped into the girls and he just made out he was one of the searchers.

If he did pick her up in the white van, not the landrover, it is possible they have DNA from there maybe. IDK clutching at straws.
