The little Girl gave false info about the car
The mother jumped to it being him
Then the family, hers and his ex's say well Aprils DNA would be in the car anyway? Possibly making a huge bit of evidence now worthless...

He will not get a fair trial as everyone believes he is guilty yet we have not been given any reports on what he is saying or even being told there is evidence... and in one report I read it states there is not enough forensic evidence...

This could really affect the trial. If he is guilty.

I agree, I think we sometimes get carried away without looking at the bigger picture.
However I think the police will have more info than we know!
It's hard not to speculate though!

I've read the opposite that people thought he wasnt nice.
I think the crabbing was more they let her go with his ex and her child, he just happened to be the one driving them.
Maybe, but if she saw the light reflecting off the grey stripe then that may of been what stayed in her head.
The press say she did, but we dont know why. If the witness said it was him, or he had made threats etc.
Not really because they would be looking for clothes fibres from her uniform and her coat, if it was two days before she went missing (which is what has been said in the press), then that was Saturday and she would of been wearing different clothes.

The fact we know very little is so he does get a fair trial. The police have said nothing about lack of forensics, so that is speculation by the press.

Someone local said someone walked out into the sea (suicidal or something) and that the beach was closed for that.

I think the problem is now, a lot of what is reported in the press has been said so many times we believe it to be true. The police have actually said almost nothing about what they have/haven't found etc - the press then conveniently fill in the gaps.

Forensics if good enough should be able to solve everything but where the girl is and even then soil from his shoes/car tires etc should show some info as to where he has been.

Yeah, I take that to mean that without a body things lie the mud on his tyres etc would be circumstantial evidence and therefore not enough to convict on, because lets face it, living here he does there is probably a lot of mud on his tyres and so on. And that was actually said before the re-arrest, so things can change dramatically. Plus I imagine they mean solving the case to mean finding April, so of course forensics wont find solve that.

He may well of done, but the could of easily 'forgot' to report that their Mum went too.

I didn't mean because it was illegal but to stop any insults being thrown at the sister.. As we all know if say this bit is the truth rather than what the parents have said it would be, insult the sister and then the parents for leaving her with the sister when the sister could not be trusted or something horrible like that

I doubt they would lie to cover up for her. Rather that the police and parents didnt want it released in order to protect her sister as she is going through enough, plus who was looking after is irrelevant really, as long as the time scales are the same.
