five year old missing!!

Yeah just cause he was crying doesnt mean he was crying about what he did. He could have been crying for his selfish self. Ie hes now locked up in prison about to get beaten. They do have tvs in prison.

Seemingly according the the Write Stuff, he was not cooperationg during questioning. If he killed her, he deserves everything he gets. I think prison should mean a cold cell with just food and absloutely nothing else. Im sure he will be in for a really bad time in prison. I remember reading that other prisoners dont like child killers.

Don't forget though that the police needed to find their 'man' as it was so high profile...

The police, esp if they advised him to use their 'in house' soliciters like to get a result...

I don't know...I'm not as 100% convinced as I was he did it...x

No,but the ones who work with the police aren't always working to clear someones name....

Surely they are though. Solicitors/lawyers need to win their cases in order to build their reputations and gain more business. The bigger the case and criminal you get, if you can clear them, the better.

Yeah I have no sympathy for him what so ever. If he did do it, he deserves everything he gets and more!

From experience(and no its not me..lol)they tend to want to get on side of the police...surely they must get paid by the police?x

the duty solicitor appointed when you are taken into police custody is working on a rota

they are not paid by the police or working for the police

they are however DEFENCE solicitors, so they have to act in the interests of their client

Since he's been arrested, it's never added up to me! I don't get why he would be so open about it, and now I am leaning toward the 'going to far' option. I don't think he meant I kill her. Non the less, he took her, she is dead and still hasn't been found.
I hope the other prisoners get him and kill him!

But the DNA would be in his car from the trip to the beach with his daughter, wouldn't it?

And wasn't he at the parents evening with the parents of April?xx

I don't agree with that at all. First of all, the other prisoners won't get him, as he will be in segregation. Second of all, they are trying to help people in prisons to rehabilitate and lead somewhat of a normal life, not help them kill more people. Thirdly, you can't imagine how much that can affect people who work in prisons :nope: Prison is there and the death penalty is not, and there's a reason for that. I agree he's a monster but death is the easy way out..

they will have substantial evidence to back up the charges made

Yeah there will be evidence but we don't know what. It will come out in court (to us I don't know) and then it will be decided if the evidence is enough to charge him with murder.

He was at same parents evening yes but wasn't there at the time of Aprils abduction as I understand xx

IMHO I think the police have done a brilliant job, and there must be strong evidence to charge him. Also I tend to take everything that is reported with a pinch of salt, I know from my own personal experience (from when my brother was killed) how things can get distorted, or miss quoted etc by the press. I think him weeping/being close to tears (have seen 2 different stories on this) have no baring of his guilt. I also think that he intended for what happend to happen, I believe if it was an accident he would have told the police where to search etc much earlier. I think the truth will only come out at his trial, assuming he doesn't plead guilty. With all that being said I just hope they manage to find April so that her family can have some 'closure'. Obviously this is only my opinion. xx

We're going to light some battery candles outside and set off some pink balloons.

Just been up and dropped the stuff off at the garage, mum's just spent a chunk of money getting them some goodies in and she also sent stuff up for the dogs x
