How do I get rid?

I don't really eat unhealthily but then again I don't really eat healthily either.
I do alot ALOT of walking. My Wii Fit says my weight is ideal, but I just have alot of jelly..:cry:

It wibbles, it wobbles, it drives me insane and makes me feel awful about myself.....how do I get rid and create a happier me? xx
 
Sounds like you need toning/strength exercises rather than fat burning/cardio which is more for weight loss (I think!).

You could do the yoga on wii fit, that should help :)
 
Tummy toning exercises?

I have same problem ...Its getting a bit better but can't say after 2 babies my belly is anything more than a wobble either lol
