Flu like symptoms?

I dont know where else to ask this/ i feel kind of dumb because this is my 4th baby.

Ive had flu like symptoms all day with somach pain and back pain (nothing severe). Not actually throwing up, just fever, chills, body/head ache.

Im 10 weeks 2 days. I dont think my referral to my OB has been sent yet. My first ultrasound was just on Sunday. Do i just try to sleep it off or go into the ER?

If ure fever gets to high hon I wud go and get checked out. Just to be safe because very high fevers in pregnancy can be dangerous. 38.5 or over I wud go get checked out

Thanks! I did go the ER. Ended up needing a prescription for a UTI and a stomach infection.
