FMU vs SMU

I've heard people get more of a BFP with SMU than FMU. What's everyone's opinions?

I find my fmu is crap and my smu is better and usually iget the best results in the afternoon / early evening

smu = second morning urine .

in my odd mind i think when u get up and move around throughout the day the hcg will be pumped around ur body in ur blood so more will go in ur urine if u do a good 5 hour hold .

it also depends if u go to the loo in the night or have a drink in the night xx
