Sometimes (not all the time) I warm up Valerie's food, especially if it is the food we ate or if it is veggies. She enjoys them much better warmed up and I don't blame her! Ha! But, I've been warming them up by sitting them in the large oven. Is there an easier way to do this? I know you aren't supposed to warm milk up in the microwave oven, but can I do solid foods? Will it still kill a lot of the nutrients?

pop some clingfilm over it and it should be alright? I dunno, I use a foodwarmer lol

What is a food warmer? Didn't know they had those...I'm going to have to check into that. Thanks!

My bottle warmer has a setting for food, I just bought containers that fit in there

You can microwave them for 10-15 seconds on 50% power. I got that off one of my Earths best jars I believe.

Alright...that's the kind of food I use: Earth's Best Organic Food and I checked and you're right they say you can use it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. Thanks!
