I never though of putting one of his thinner baby gro's under his big boy clothes, thats a really good idea! Might be doing that, especially if it gets any colder and we have to go out anywhere

Aww them Babylegs are so cute! I had never heard of them before. Gonna have a good gander at them all now!

I just put him in a sling in his regular clothes, and then either a bunting bag or I wear a big coat overtop.

DS's feet are so big he is in 6-12 month socks, but they come up to his knees, so those and thicker trousers. Inside it's not cold as we have the heating on all day and night now, so its fine. When we go out, if it is freezing then he has a snowsuit and blankets, if it's not quite as cold then thick trousers, bootees, blanket and coat. TBH though, we haven't been out since Friday as I think it is too cold for him.

Yeah. I always make sure he is warm enough when we go out. He usually wears his vest, top, bottoms, socks, coat and a couple of blankets too and a bobby hat. So I know he is plenty warm enough. (Oh and his tights now of course! ) We have the heating on all day now too as it's so cold but he always tends to have cold legs and feet. Mind you my OH has always got cold hands and feet too, though we know that he has poor circulations there. Hopefully it's not the same with LO! :/

I bought some unisex leggings off ebay and they are just right for under his trousers xx
