I've heard of ketogenic diet
But it can hve draw backs too
It's supposed to be dangerous to do it without doc and nutritionist
Irish docs don't seem to support it
No harm in adding in coconut oil to his diet though 😊
I hve ut anyway to make my deodorant and face mask 😊

Bub has a hb but still measures ten days behind.
Gonna be cautiously hopeful I think 😊
Scan again in two weeks unless bleeding in meantime.

Yay for a hb!!! I am very hopeful for u. I know you measured behind early in your pregnancy with Simon. I also measured behind a couple of times with Sophie. Fx the baby catches up by next ultrasound.
